NU Online News Service, July 30, 12:03 p.m. – Falcon Technologies Inc., Valley Forge, Pa., is using technology from vSimplify Inc., Stamford, Conn., to build Web support into its Visual Enrollments worksite benefits enrollment system.

The old Falcon system managed enrollment through laptop computers and telephone call centers. The new system can sign up workers through the Web, as well as through call centers and laptop computers, Falcon says.

Benefits companies can also give human resources managers the ability to log onto the enrollment system, to add, delete and change benefits elections throughout the year.

A carrier that pays a setup fee can use the Falcon system as a Web marketing system, without going to the expense of setting up a proprietary system, Falcon says.
