Fort Wayne Agencies Merge

NU Online News Service, June 18, 10:05 a.m. – O?fBrien & Sanderson Insurance, Fort Wayne, Ind., a property-casualty insurance agency, has merged with Benefit Consultants, a Fort Wayne agency that sells health insurance and retirement plans, to form a new company, the Hylant Group.

The Hylant Group generates about $500 million a year in premium revenue, the company says.

The company says it will keep all 40 employees from O?fBrien and Benefit Consultants.

Kevin Brennan, an executive with O?fBrien, will be the president of Hylant, and Morrie Sanderson, the chairman of O?fBrien, will be the chairman.
