NU Online News Service, June 12, 1:11 p.m. – Reliance Standard Life Insurance Company, Philadelphia, a subsidiary of Delphi Financial Group Inc., Wilmington, De., has re-launched its corporate Web site at www.rsli.com.

The new site was redesigned after a year of research with brokers, agents, and customers, the company says. The revamped site offers several functional improvements, including a group producer's extranet and an annuity producer's extranet.

The extranets are secure private networks operating within the RSL Web site which allow brokers to request, view and manage key management reports related to their book of business with RSL. Once registered with www.rsli.com, brokers can access reports, electronic forms, answers to frequently asked questions, and an online small group quote and proposal system, as well as personalized customer service via the web. Each broker's administrator will be able to control who within the firm has access to which RSL services online.

Additional functional improvements to the site include a policyholder's extranet with enhanced information access and services, including electronic forms, premium summaries and claims statistics. Covered employees of policyholders can retrieve dental information via the employee's page.
