NU Online News Service, June 11, 1:55 p.m. – Data Trace LLC, Anaheim, Calif., a joint venture company of First American Corporation, Santa Ana, Calif., and LandAmerica Financial Group, Richmond, Va., says it will acquire Title Records Inc., a Los Angeles-based owner and provider of title plant services in Los Angeles County.
Under the agreement, TRI will retain ownership of the Los Angeles County title plant, with Data Trace operating, maintaining and providing online access to the title plant's information.
