NU Online News Service, June 5, 12:10 p.m. – LIMRA International, Windsor, Conn., says it is turning more responsibility for the Chartered Leadership Fellow designation program over to The American College, Bryn Mawr, Pa.

LIMRA and The American College have been administering and delivering the seven-course CLF program together since 1997. GAMA International, Atlanta, began helping to market the program and design classes in 1998.

LIMRA wants to continue to help market the CLF program, but it now wants to focus more on presenting insurance and management classes in Europe, Asia and Latin America, and leave day-to-day administration of the CLF program to The American College and GAMA, LIMRA says.

The American College is in charge of making arrangements for the latest Field Management Seminar. The college will offer the seminar at 75 sites around the country in June.
