NU Online News Service, June 5, 1:15 p.m. – CIGNA Corp., Philadelphia, says its CIGNA e-commerce office has hired David Finkel as vice president in charge of e-commerce service and distribution programs.
Finkel will manage CIGNA?fs Web strategy for its employee benefits, investment services and international units.
Finkel previously worked for HealthMarket Inc., Norwalk, Conn., as chief administrative officer.
He has also worked in operations at Oxford Health Plans Inc., Trumbull, Conn., and in Web marketing strategy design at Deloitte & Touche, New York.
Finkel has a bachelor?fs degree in community health from the University of Rochester and a master?fs degree in health care administration from Baruch College.
