Remembering September 11: Brian Murphy

Early September 2001 was a time of change for Brian Murphy, executive director of Lion Street Financial. He had just been offered a new job and was building a new house in a new city.
"There was a lot of wondering what's going to happen in the next two weeks," he told Jamie Green of Investment Advisor at the 2016 Broker-Dealer of the Year roundtable. "That's a microcosm of what occured in the country. Everyone was kind of startled and dealing with something that this country hadn't dealt with."
