New Hire Roundup: Pensionmark Adds San Diego Office

New Hires logoThis week in new hires, Pensionmark added a San Diego office to its advisor support program and Susan Dulde was named manager of operations at Next Generation Wealth Management.

Also, the Private Client Reserve of U.S. Bank brought on Amy Kane, Christopher Turoci and Jeffrey Kravetz.

Pensionmark Adds San Diego Office to Advisor Support Program

Pensionmark Retirement Group announced that it had partnered with another office to its advisor support program (ASP) in San Diego, creating Pensionmark San Diego. Noel Trias will be the managing director at the new location. The new affiliation will allow him to expand services while remaining independent and continuing to offer personalized retirement plan and employee benefit guidance.

Trias brings more than 24 years of experience in the financial services and benefits industry, with a primary focus in the corporate benefit trust and retirement plan markets. He also has a strong accounting and financial background.

Next Generation Wealth Management Names Dulde Manager of Operations

Next Generation Wealth Management announced that it had named Susan Dulde its manager of operations, private client group. In this role, Dulde will be responsible for managing all operational aspects of the firm, including working directly with multiple custodians for the accuracy of client data, performance reporting across the firm, analysis of investment manager returns, and creating efficiencies with process/technology solutions and client service-related issues.

Prior to joining, Dulde spent 16 years at M&I Investment Management/BMO Global Asset Management working directly with five municipal bond fund portfolio managers.

U.S. Bank's Private Client Reserve Names Kane, Turoci and Kravetz

The Private Client Reserve of U.S. Bank announced that it had appointed Amy Kane senior family wealth advisor in Denver, Christopher Turoci wealth management advisor in Los Angeles and Jeffrey Kravetz regional investment manager for the firm's west region. In their new positions, Kane and Turoci will provide clients with integrated and tailored wealth management services and Kravetz will be responsible for the development and supervision of the firm's investment management business throughout the west region. Kravetz is also a senior member of the firm's asset management group and assists in the development and implementation of investment policies, capabilities and resources nationwide.

Kane brings more than 14 years of financial service experience, having served high-net-worth clients, family offices and nonprofits. Prior to joining, she was an executive director and wealth advisor for J.P. Morgan Private Bank in Chicago. She also worked with Deloitte & Touche as a tax services lead and senior tax accountant and with Arthur Andersen as an experienced tax accountant.

Turoci has more than 15 years of financial experience working with HNW and corporate clients. Before joining, he was a vice president with Citi. Previously, he was a managing director for private investment bank C. K. Cooper & Co., where he created the HNW advisory and corporate services groups. Additionally, he spent several years with Merrill Lynch, working with private and corporate clients on portfolio design, lending, cash management and hedging strategies.

Kravetz has had more than 20 years of experience in the investment industry, most recently with J.P. Morgan Private Bank. Prior to that, he held investment management positions in the Phoenix area with both Northern Trust and Arthur Anderson Financial Advisors, and in New York with Chase Private Banking.
