Denver baby boomers looking for new housing will soon be able to find a targeted magazine to help them in their search. For Rent Media Solutions, which publishes 9 magazines covering more than 190 markets nationwide, is expanding its publication, After 55 Housing and Resource Guide, to Denver.

"Denver has been called the baby boomer capital of America," said Robyn Epps, national director of sales and development for After 55 Housing and Resource Guide. "The Denver Metropolitan area understands how to cater to this demographic that makes up nearly one-third of its population, according to ColoradoBoomers.com. I believe Denver baby boomers and beyond will find After 55 Housing and Resource Guide to be a valuable resource."

According to the U.S. Census Bureau, Denver's boomer population is nearly 33 percent.

After 55 Housing and Resource Guide targets baby boomers planning their retirement, aging adults, and adult children who are researching housing options for their parents.
